Today Boier Bibescu releases a new single, featuring DJ Oliver Tigana: “Melodie de noroc”.
Boier Bibescu’s new song respects the catchphrase that consecrated him: “the only DJ in Romania who doesn’t deny his roots”. This time, Boier Bibescu looked towards The Republic of Moldova and he created “Melodie de noroc”, along with DJ Oliver Tigana- a resident in many clubs from Chisinau and the producer of all the albums signed by Pavel and Cleopatra Stratan .
Produced in the HaHaHa Production studios, “Melodie de noroc” includes a sample extracted from a song (a hit single in the Soviet Union during the 70’s), that belongs to Alexandru Lozanciuc, an artist DJ Oliver Tigana collaborated with.
“I chose to work on this song with a DJ from the Republic of Moldova because I feel our brothers from that area have managed to keep their national spirit intact. I think we have a lot to learn from them regarding this chapter. For me, this song is like a unification statement because music knows no boundaries. My music’s message is generally simple and for simple people, so let’s sing together!”, Boier Bibescu stated.
The first Boier Bibescu single managed to bring Dan Spataru’s name on everyone’s lips. The song contained a sample from the classic hit “Mi-ai furat inima” and it made everybody in the club dance on the classic rhythms of the famous Romanian singer.
Because Boier Bibescu’s single is a lucky one, the HaHaHa team also releases today the HaHaHa Nation channel- a YouTube channel where we’ll upload some of the tracks we receive in the Demo section of our website; the channel of a nation that will grow through music.
